Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hood Guise.

Although we do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with us, we understand that occasionally things might go wrong, and you may need to return an item.

To return an item please send an email to hello@hoodguise.co.za and include the following information:

Order number and date of order

Reason for return or exchange

Once the return request is approved you will need to return the item/items to us, together with the invoice and the reason for the return clearly marked on the invoice.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/new and in the same condition that you received it, however it does not need to be in its original packaging.

You are welcome to return the goods at our premises or via registered post or by using a reputable courier company. Please note return postage/courier costs will be at your own cost and risk.

Please include your original invoice in the return packaging and state clearly on the invoice the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing default or error on Hood Guise behalf, we will courier the replacement item to you at our expense.

Should the exchange be due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or change of colour, the courier fees will be for the purchases account.

Refunds

The returned goods will be examined by our staff on arrival, if the goods were shipped/couriered to us we will notify you via email of our decision within a reasonable time period. The refund will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods.

If a refund is payable to you, we will request banking details to transfer the money. Please note that a 5% handling fee will be charged to cover bank fees.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
